A Basic Cleaning: (Most Popular)

Kitchen:

Wipe and sanitize sink

Wipe countertops and backsplashes

Wipe down cabinet fronts (as needed)

Wipe inside/outside microwave

Wipe outside of appliances

Polish stainless steel

Polish faucets

Sweep & Mop floors

Light Dust of Blinds/Chairrails/Window Seals and Baseboards as needed

Common areas:

Dust all furniture and knick knacks

Windex glass surfaces

Dust light fixtures/fans (within reach)

Vacuum rugs/Sweep hardwoods/Mop

Light Dust of Chairrails and/or baseboards and Window seals on as needed basis

Empty small Trash bin as needed

Bedroom:

Change linens or Make/Straighten beds

Bathrooms:

Wipe/sanitize showers/tubs

Polish Faucets/Fixtures within reach

Wipe and sanitize sinks/countertops

Windex mirrors/Glass shower door

Scrub/Wipe out and sanitize toilet

Light Dust of Chairrails or Baseboards and Window seals as needed

Sweep/Mop floors

**All of the items are as needed. If a particular item is unused and not dusty or dirty then that item is not cleaned on that particular day. (Such as Guest room tubs, Shower, toilet etc etc.)

Please note that on a normal cleaning visit we normally do not pick up and move items such as dirty clothing, towels, personal items etc. Please pick up items as usual so that we may clean that area. Unless prior authorization is made with us then we would simply move that item to clean and then leave it. For example, A pile of dirty clothes in a master bedroom would be cleaned around then left there unless you have made extra service arrangements with us. We normally just cant do that type of cleaning without notice in advance. Thank you for understanding.

Detailed Cleaning:

Detailed cleanings consist of everything that the basic cleaning does with added duties listed below and also some of the extra services that are listed below. Detailed Cleanings vary in price and duties depending on what your needs are. Please call or email us for a quote on Detailed Cleanings.

Heavy Dust blinds (as needed)

Deep Scrub/sanitize showers/tubs

Scrub inside/out and sanitize toilets

Clean Laundry room and wipe down Washer & Dryer,

Wipe Interior Doors,

Dust chairrail/baseboards,

Stair rails dusted within reach.

Extra Scrubbing or Deep cleaning needed in certain areas.

Spot wipe walls or other areas as requested within our ability.
